Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Off Track HQ, customers may request to cancel a purchase or subscription by contacting our team.

Cancellation requests must be made before an order has been processed or dispatched.

For change-of-mind cancellations, any non-refundable transaction fees, payment processing fees, shipping fess or other reasonable costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect before the next billing cycle, provided the request is received before the renewal payment is processed.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
