At Off Track HQ, we only sell camping and 4WD gear we use and trust ourselves.

We also take our obligations to customers seriously and fully comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where We Ship?

Off Track HQ ships Australia-wide.

Orders are dispatched either from our own stock or directly from trusted Australian suppliers and manufacturers. This allows us to offer a curated range of tested gear while keeping availability strong.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days
Some larger or specialist items may take longer - if so, we’ll contact you

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email. Metro areas: usually 2–7 business days
Regional & remote areas: may take longer depending on the carrier.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Some large or bulky items (such as rooftop tents or awnings) may attract higher freight charges.

🔁 Returns

Change Of Mind

If you change your mind, we may accept a return provided:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Your Rights With Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
