Refund policy

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we may accept a return provided:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
